the success of every customer deploying Workday:
Define product vision and strategy for best in breed Application
Lifecycle Management products Work with our user experience designers
to create robust use cases and wireframes Work with development teams
to execute on the roadmap and deliver business value Participate in
customer and partner facing situations and user conferences as a
product expert Measure and achieve Workday OKRs through data driven
decision making Necessary Skills and
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor&#**Apply on the website**;s degree in Computer Science or
equivalent experience Highly self-motivated and strong customer
empathy An excellent communicator, written and verbal, and enjoy a
fast-paced work environment A systematic thinker able to cut through
complexity Can manage multiple projects in a large organization Proven
track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results
Proven track record of thought leadership in product management
Desirable skills and experience:
5+ years of product management, consulting, or development experience
Experience implementing Workday or other enterprise SaaS products
